ORDERS AND PAYMENT
Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment. Manes Wordworks reserves the right to cancel or reject any order at its discretion.
DELIVERY (PHYSICAL BOOKS)
Delivery is estimated to be completed within 7 to 14 working days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to courier services or unforeseen circumstances. Manes Wordworks shall not be held liable for delays beyond our control.
DELIVERY (E-BOOK)
Upon successful payment and order confirmation, your e-book will generally be made available for download immediately through your account or via the download link provided in your order confirmation email.In some cases, delivery may be delayed due to payment verification, technical issues, system maintenance, or other unforeseen circumstances. While Manes Wordworks will make reasonable efforts to ensure prompt delivery, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or immediate access to digital products and shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address, ensure you have a compatible device and internet access, and download the e-book within the period specified, if applicable. If you experience any issues accessing or downloading your e-book, please contact our customer support for assistance

This agreement is effective unless and until terminated by the customer or Manes Wordworks. The customer may terminate this agreement at any time. However, Manes Wordworks may also terminate the agreement with the customer without any prior notice if the customer is unable to comply with the terms and conditions above.
